EOQ in inventory and ERP software

EOQ is a formula, not a product. Buyers encounter Wilson’s Q* inside their inventory or ERP system as a lot-sizing rule on the item master, or as a recommendation in a planning module. Six systems cover most of the procurement market. Each handles EOQ differently; some surface Q* as a recommendation, some require the buyer to paste it into a min/max field, and at least one (SAP) gives you four named lot-sizing procedures to choose between.

• Cin7 (Core)
  Min/Max reorder rules, EOQ external
  Cin7 Core Standard at $349 per month (5 users, 6,000 annual sales orders, 2 integrations, unlimited locations).
• Zoho Inventory
  Reorder point, no native EOQ solver
  Free plan with 50 orders per month, 1 user, 2 locations. Cheapest paid plan is Standard at £25 per month (about $31) for 500 orders and 2 users.
• Odoo Inventory + MRP
  Reordering rules min/max + Quantity Multiple
  Community edition free (self-hosted). Odoo Online starts at $0 for one app, then $24.90 per user per month (Standard) or $37.40 per user per month (Custom) for multi-app deployments.
