EOQ in inventory and ERP software

EOQ is a formula, not a product. Buyers encounter Wilson’s Q* inside their inventory or ERP system as a lot-sizing rule on the item master, or as a recommendation in a planning module. Six systems cover most of the procurement market. Each handles EOQ differently; some surface Q* as a recommendation, some require the buyer to paste it into a min/max field, and at least one (SAP) gives you four named lot-sizing procedures to choose between.

What we’re not

EOQCalculator.com is not affiliated with any of these vendors. We don’t take referral fees and the pages exist to answer one buyer question per vendor: "where is the EOQ field, and how do I populate it?" Pricing notes are sourced from public pricing pages and were last verified July 2026; quote-only systems (NetSuite, SAP) list partner-disclosed ranges with the source URL.
